Metal 32 Cores Optical Distribution Box
This fiber optic distribution box is used to realize the branching connection function between the backbone optical cable and the branch optical cable. It plays a role in fusion splicing, fixing, grounding, protection, and storing of surplus fibers. Widely used in FTTX fiber optic communication network engineering, this product is suitable for indoor and outdoor use, and can be wall-mounted or pole-mounted; it is easy to use and maintain.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

Max capacity: 32 Cores (allow to install 32pcs SC/FC adapters and pigtails)

PLC splitter number: 1pc 1*32 insert type, 2pcs 1*16 insert type

Size of product: 400*300*130mm

Installation method: pole mounting or wall mounting

Estimated gross weight: 8 kg per piece

Material: high-quality cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness of 1.2mm. Surface treated with electrostatic spray coating, RAL7035, the coating thickness is around 50um~60um, providing excellent corrosion resistance.

Indoor and outdoor universal product, with protection level IP55.

With a specially customized lock, which greatly enhances the security and privacy of the box.

Clamping for feeder cable and drop cable, fiber splicing, fixation, storage, distribution...etc all in one.

Cable, pigtails, patch cords are running through own path without disturbing each other, cassette type SC/FC adapter installation, easy for maintenance.

Bottom cable entry: the middle of the bottom for the main optical cable, left and right sides for the drop cable.

Meets the requirement of fiber optic bend radius >30mm.

Working temperature: -40 ℃ ~+60 ℃

Relative humidity: ≤ 95% (+40℃)

Atmospheric pressure: 70 KPa ~106 Kpa

Door opening Angle: ≥180 degrees

The withstand voltage between grounding device and cabinet is no less than 3000 V(DC)/min (U ≥ 3000 V(DC)/min), no puncture, no flashover.
