WARRANTY TERMS
Free warranty terms:
During the warranty period, SEESUO's warranty policy is only for logistics damage, product quality and other issues that are not caused by man-made damage.
Free maintenance does not include the following situations:
  • 1. The product has exceeded the warranty period.
  • 2. Product damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification or other human factors without confirmation.
  • 3. Product damage due to impact, human negligence, or natural disasters, such as fire, lightning, flood, etc.
  • 4. During use, the equipment shell, power cord, etc. are damaged due to improper operation
  • 5. Please note that, subject to approval, the point for canceling a customized product order or changing the demand for customized products must be before the production of customized products begins.

COMMON PROBLEM
  • 1. What if I want to cancel my order?

    If payment for your order has not been completed, you can click "Cancel Order" in the order details. If you have already paid, please contact your account manager immediately to cancel your order and receive a refund. Please note that most orders are automatically synchronized to our warehouse system for processing, so you may not be able to cancel the order directly. You need to contact your account manager to assist you. Once an order containing customized items or other special remarks enters the "Processing" status, it cannot be canceled.

  • 2. Do I need to pay for shipping to repair the product?

    During the warranty period, our company will provide free maintenance services, and the resulting round-trip freight will be borne by our company.

  • 3. Where should I return the product?

    After your warranty application is approved, you will receive an RMA document showing the corresponding return address to assist in processing the return.

  • 4. What situations or behaviors will void my free warranty?

    1. The product has exceeded the warranty period.

    2. Damage caused by human factors such as unauthorized disassembly and modification.

    3. Damage caused by natural disasters such as impact, fire, lightning, flooding, or human negligence.

    4. Damage caused by improper operation of the equipment shell, power supply, etc. during use.
